Welcome to Masterpiece Photography Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our online platforms and photography services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Services
Masterpiece Photography Studio provides various photography services, including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, wedding photography, and photo editing services. Detailed information about our services can be found on our website.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made via our website or directly with our studio.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is due before the delivery of final photographs.
- Payment methods accepted include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled photography session will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their session up to 14 days before the original date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur additional fees.
6. Ownership and Usage Rights
- All photographs and images produced by Masterpiece Photography Studio remain the property of the studio.
- Clients receive a limited license for personal use of images but may not sell or distribute them without express written permission from Masterpiece Photography Studio.
- Masterpiece Photography Studio reserves the right to use images taken during sessions for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information regarding the event or subject and must inform Masterpiece Photography Studio of any changes to the details leading up to the session.
8. Limitation of Liability
Masterpiece Photography Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Masterpiece Photography Studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Butler County jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
Masterpiece Photography Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
